• Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, particularly in situations where extreme circumstances, such as dangerous road conditions, prevented the nurse from reaching your location.

4. Liability: Nurse On Demand is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from information or services provided, outside of our standard care procedures.
